Walla Mulla Family and Community Support offer the services of two part-time Youth Workers, working in tandem accommodate the needs of the young people of Woolloomooloo and the neighboring areas.

Youth workers from Walla Mulla operate in a largely outreach capacity, meeting and working with local youth in public areas and youth specific settings in the area. Clients are also welcome to access Youth services staff at the Walla Mulla office and make an appointment for consultation. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 are encouraged to access the time and services the Walla Mulla Youth Workers provide. Advice and support can be sought across a broad range of issues;

  • Housing
  • Health
  • Centrelink
  • Juvenile Justice
  • Referrals to specialized services and counselling.

Youth Worker Calum Pirie is available to local youth every week, and are committed to being friendly, honest and engaged service providers to the young people of the Woolloomooloo area. Frequent consultation and collaboration occurs between Walla Mulla's Youth Worker, Woolloomooloo Youth Services at the Juanita Nielsen Centre and City of Sydney PCYC to provide youth with the most comprehensive and diversified service as possible.
